Dear Editor,

I have been a resident at DeVries Place, an apartment complex for seniors above 62 years located at 163 N. Main St., Milpitas since August 2008 and commute by VTA's buses and light rail to all places. The non-existence of restrooms at the GreatMall bus and light-rail terminus is a great drawback for old and disabled commuters who have to go a long way to the GreatMall to avail the facilities there. Hence I request your good offices to take up the matter with the concerned authorities to create necessary facilities.
